Dr. Kendrick, who will lead Member & Partner Strategy, joined the PRO team on December 2, 2024 and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the member experience and value proposition; including partner engagement, education, recruitment and retention. With over 15 years of experience in sports & entertainment, she began her career in sports at the collegiate level at LSU and Kent St. in student-athlete academic support. She then transitioned to football operations at Ole Miss, IU-Bloomington, and UNC-Chapel Hill and most recently served as the Senior Director of Membership at Women Leaders in Sports.

While at Women Leaders, Dr. Kendrick played a pivotal role in driving the strategic expansion of the organization’s membership, fostering revenue growth, and advancing culture and team development. She also led member relations and engagement efforts, spearheading key initiatives to strengthen membership involvement and support.
