These PROfiles episodes are a testament to Pro Sports Assembly’s commitment to empowering its members by sharing the stories of influential and inclusive leaders in sports and their personal and professional journeys. In celebrating this milestone anniversary, Pro Sports Assembly continues to future-proof professional sports through creating economies and scale and scope in leadership development, research and advocacy.

In this episode, Kevin Demoff shares his journey from a passion for broadcasting as a child to leading some of the most iconic sports teams, including the Los Angeles Rams, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Rapids. Chris Coffman reveals his innovative approach to shaping the future of sports and entertainment as the Chief Commercial Officer at Illitch Sports & Entertainment, overseeing the Detroit Tigers (MLB) and Detroit Red Wings (NHL). Chris offers insight into how his strategic vision has impacted his team’s success and how Pro Sports Assembly serves as a platform for leadership and industry collaboration. Chris was elected to the PRO Governing Board in 2023.

Alexis Roe – Vice President of DEI Impact and Strategic Initiatives, Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena

As Vice President of DEI Impact and Strategic Initiatives for the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena, Alexis reflects on the importance of resilience and the transformative impact of DEI leadership in sports. Her story serves as a powerful reminder that Pro Sports Assembly continues to shape the future by equipping leaders to navigate change. Alexis served as Co-Chair of The Assembly: Pro Sports Leadership Retreat twice and currently serves as Board Secretary for PRO.

Oracio Galindo – Chair of the Board, Pro Sports Assembly & Head of Employee Experience, Los Angeles Rams

Oracio Galindo, Head of Employee Experience for the Los Angeles Rams, shares his inspiring journey. Oracio reflects on the personal experiences and leadership challenges that have shaped his career, offering insight into how Pro Sports Assembly plays a key role in uniting leaders across the sports industry.
