The Refresh! portion of the day is designed to set the stage for the remainder of the Leadership Summit. Imagine feeling thirsty and not having water or being tired and unable to rest. Consider the reality of burnout and overwhelm. In professional sports and entertainment, many of our teams experience this daily. While we provide much-needed joy, entertainment, and a sense of community for others, we often neglect to refresh ourselves. This session will encourage attendees to reflect on their growth as leaders, examine the habits they have built, and explore the power of the pause and ways to maintain personal and team wellness throughout demanding seasons.

The Retain! portion of the agenda is designed to focus the collective brain trust on sharing strategies to increase the stickiness of top talent in your organization and the industry, to improve overall performance and raise the standards of leadership excellence. From learning and leadership development to mental and financial health the session will explore efforts to drive value for individuals, their organizations and to elevate the industry.

The Leadership Summit is for VP+ level PRO leaders at US-based professional sports teams, leagues, unions, and venues.
  • Registration is complimentary for PRO Organization members and PRO Premier members.
  • PRO Plus members may register for $250.
  • Leaders at a Coca-Cola partner team or league who are not yet a Pro Sports Assembly member may get a comp code from their Coca-Cola rep or register for $450, which includes benefits of a PRO Premier membership for 1 year.
